More about Laura Mott
Laura Mott started LDelCreative, originally LDelPhotography, as a brand built on honest and beautiful imagery. As Laura grew and developed her art skills, she expanded her brand to encompass all forms of art under one name. LDelCreative strives to produce stunning artwork in photography, design, painting, and illustration.
Laura was born and raised in central Louisiana, and began taking pictures in high school. She really began to polish her photography in college while pursuing two art degrees. She recruited her friends for casual photoshoots, and dug deep into photographic techniques to develop her early style. After graduating with two Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Graphic Design, Laura moved to Baton Rouge for a brief design job. She returned to central Louisiana for a Media Development position in Natchitoches, LA, where she is working now. While in Natchitoches, she continues to grow as a photographer and designer, now getting hired for professional photoshoots within the community. While engaging in shoot of couples, families, and businesses, Laura still makes time for a wide range of nature photographs.
Laura's style is simple and warm, relying on honest representation of the subject as well as clarity in editing techniques. Her image sets can vary from vibrant and bold to soft and warm, depending on the desire of the customer and the message of the shoot overall.
